Refund & Replacement Policy

Wrong Item Delivered

Step 1 - Raise a replacement request within 3 days from the date of delivery at support@veridiaorganic.com or on WhatsApp at +91 9650727384 with pictures of the wrong item delivered and your Order ID.

Step 2 - Allow us 48 working hours to review your replacement request.

Step 3 - Upon approval, we will send our courier partner to collect the wrong product delivered to you.

Step 4 - In case our reverse pickup service is not available at your location, we will assist you with an alternative solution.

Step 5 - Once the wrong product is picked up, we will ship your replacement product (subject to stock availability) or initiate a refund.

Item Damaged

Step 1 - Raise a replacement request within 3 days from the date of delivery at support@veridiaorganic.com or WhatsApp at +91 9650727384 along with pictures and Order ID.

Step 2 - Allow 48 working hours for review.

Step 3 - After approval, our courier partner will collect the damaged product.

Step 4 - If reverse pickup is unavailable, we will guide you with an alternate process.

Step 5 - After pickup, replacement will be shipped (subject to stock) or refund processed.

Non-Returnable Cases

• Opened / used / altered products
• Original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.) missing
• Replacement request raised after 3 days of delivery
• Makeup category products are non-returnable & non-refundable

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are processed. Once the order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.

Shipping Charges

We offer FREE shipping on orders above the minimum order amount (as notified from time to time). Cash-On-Delivery is available. Shipping rates displayed at checkout are final.

Pricing Information

While we strive for accuracy, pricing or typographical errors may occur. The product price cannot be confirmed until your order is placed. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel or decline the order unless it has already been shipped.

If an item is mispriced, we may contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you accordingly. Until dispatch, your order is not considered accepted. If payment has been processed and we cancel the order, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

Prices, availability and promotional offers may change without notice. Discounts may apply only to specific categories or products. Coupon codes may not be valid on certain items.
