All confirmed orders are processed within 48–72 working hours. Orders are shipped after successful confirmation and payment verification. During high-demand seasons, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, dispatch timelines may be slightly extended. Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared through email or WhatsApp.

2. Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines depend on the customer’s location and courier partner availability. While we aim for timely delivery, delays caused by logistics providers, weather conditions, or regional restrictions are beyond our direct control.

3. Incorrect Product Received

• Customers must report incorrect product delivery within 3 days of receiving the order.
• Order ID and clear product images must be shared for verification.
• Verification may take up to 48 working hours.
• After approval, reverse pickup will be arranged.
• Replacement (subject to stock availability) or refund will be processed accordingly.

4. Damaged Product Policy

• Damage must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
• Clear images of the damaged product and packaging are required.
• Upon successful verification, reverse pickup will be arranged.
• Refund or replacement will be initiated after inspection.

5. Non-Returnable Conditions

• Opened, used, or tampered products.
• Products without original packaging, seals, or labels.
• Requests raised after 3 days from the delivery date.
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

6. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or dispatched. Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted. Approved cancellation refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within standard banking timelines.

7. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping may apply on eligible minimum order values as displayed on the website.
• Cash-On-Delivery (COD) service may be available in selected locations.
• Shipping charges shown at checkout are final and non-refundable.

8. Refund Processing
